Current properties

We control a large number of properties, and each is being configured uniquely to allow optimal usage. All Creative Quarter properties are refurbished to a high standard, while the rents are controlled to ensure that they remain affordable for creative people.

Studios/offices
The first properties we acquired we converted into studio space for visual artists, musicians and writers, and creating studio space remains one of our primary activities.
Studio and office facilities will vary according to the possibilities of the building in which they are in. We aim to create attractive and comfortable spaces which are at the same time practically suited to the demands of creative work.

Flats
Our portfolio includes high quality residential flats, generally with one or two bedrooms, let unfurnished to creative people who would like to be involved in the Quarter community.

Live/work
Some of our flats and units have been configured to offer studio or retail space alongside living accommodation.

Retail/leisure
Many of our properties in the Old High Street and Tontine Street were retail units, and we have preserved their shop fronts. We’re encouraging creative retailers to take on these spaces. We’re also interested in letting space to businesses that will serve the community, including bars and cafés where there is a suitable floor area.
